How does this all work?
TheOneRing.net is a 100% volunteer website, by fans for fans. No member of TheOneRing.net staff makes a single penny from our work on the site.
Our fan collective of talented designers and silkscreen printers donate their time and skills in creating the unique one-of-a-kind products offered here at the Emporium. Each design is created by skilled artists in the Tolkien community, and every shirt is printed by hand on a manual silkscreen press. Every purchase helps support TheOneRing community's event schedule and significant hosting costs.
Volunteers donate their time fulfilling each order by hand, and sometimes, when time permits, draw dwarven figures on the packages (or other such meekness!). To allow the most efficient use of everyone's time, orders are processed every 2 weeks, on the 15th and 30th of each month. This also means that stock is constantly changing. Products currently out of stock may become available within a couple weeks.
